Orders placed before 3PM Mountain Time will go out same day. Otherwise Next day shipments can be expected. Shipping charges vary on size of packaging, weight of package, and your location in the United States. We offer 3 shipping options (Fedex Ground, 2nd day and Overnight) You will be charged based on the charge NETbrace is charged from FedEx. Return Policy Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. In the event items were ordered or shipped in error, you must notify Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization number. NETbrace must be contacted within five (5) business days of the receipt of goods. Off the shelf (i.e. non-custom) products may be returned by the original purchaser for credit or replacement at NETbrace's sole discretion. Please refer to NETbrace's product catalogs and the NETbrace website (www.NETbrace.com) on timeframe for returns.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number. When returning a product for credit or replacement, you must provide both the original invoice number and the reason for return. Credit or replacement of goods is subject to inspection and evaluation. Altered, discontinued, or custom- made items are not returnable.
